Terms and conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions of sale are deemed to have been agreed to and accepted by customers upon placement of any orders for delivery of goods by Shamrock Australia Pty Ltd.

Credit accounts For new customers, the first three orders will be supplied on a pro-forma basis. Until credit facilities have been approved goods will continued to be supplied on a pro-forma basis.

For any business operating from premises at their home or purchasing less than $1,000 per annum, account facilities are not available.

For goods supplied on account payment is required within 30 days of statement date. Credit card facilities are available (Visa, MasterCard). The company reserves the right to refuse or withdraw credit facilities at any time.

Pricing
Prices charged are those ruling at the date of invoice. Due to constant changing prices and calculation in the value of the Australian dollar, prices in the catalogue will be subject to change without notice. However, should you require fixed prices we are able to quote firm prices for the period of 30 days.

Bulk discounts
Many products are available in bulk quantities, as packaging costs are reduced we can offer better prices - please inquire when ordering.

Minimum order value
Minimum order value is $250 ex GST.

Delivery
Free into store for Melbourne metropolitan area only (orders over $150.00 net value), all other areas are freight forward.

GST
GST is additional to all prices (where applicable).

Return of goods
Goods will only be accepted for credit if returned within 14 days of invoice date, otherwise no liability can be accepted. Authority must be obtained prior to return and invoice number must be quoted.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS A CUSTOMER TO ARRANGE RETURN FREIGHT FOR GOODS WITHOUT AUTHORISATION.

Return freight on consignments will only be accepted by Shamrock Australia Pty Ltd where the goods have been incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit. Any freight charges that are not the responsibility of Shamrock Australia will be recharged to the customer.

Credit claims
Please contact our Customer Service department for assistant immediately when you become aware of any damaged, incorrect or short delivered goods. For a credit claim to be recognised we must be notified within 14 days of invoice date.

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the contents of this webpage. However, all items listed are offered at the quantities and prices shown (not withstanding 'Pricing Policy' above) conditional upon there being no errors due to oversight on our part of incorrect details provide to us.

Sizes of products are approximate and may vary slightly.

Retention of title
While risk in goods shall pass on delivery, legal and equitable title shall remain with Shamrock Australia Pty Ltd until we have received payment in full therefore pending such payment the customer shall hold the goods as bailee for Shamrock Australia Pty Ltd and shall return the goods if so requested. Not withstanding the foregoing the Customer as judiciary may sell or deal with the goods in the ordinary course of business whereupon the bailment shall immediately terminate.

The customer shall, if required by Shamrock Australia Pty Ltd identify the goods as belonging to Shamrock Australia Pty Ltd. Should the customer fail to make due payment for such goods or services supplied by Shamrock Craft Products Pty Ltd, or being a person committing an act of bankruptcy, becoming insolvent or bankrupt, or being a Corporation by act or omission enable the appointment of a scheme manager or trustee, official manager, receiver, receiver manager or liquidator, Shamrock Australia Pty Ltd may, without prejudice to any other rights it may have, do any or all of the following:

• Withdraw any credit facilities that may have been extended by Shamrock Australia Pty Ltd to the customer.
• Withhold any further deliveries of goods required under the contract.
• In respect of goods already delivered, enter in the customer's premises to recover and re-sell same for its own benefits.
• Suspend and/or terminate performance of any other contract which Shamrock Australia Pty Ltd has with the Customer
