How can I order from Shamrock?
It's easy... To order from us you will need:

  • To be a business (we do not sell directly to the public)
  • Proof of business (eg) business registration certificate
  • Complete our customer details form and fax/email it back so we store your correct details in our system and provide access to our online ordering

To place your order you can:

Does Shamrock have a minimum order value?
Yes our minimum order is $150

Orders under $150 are accepted however there is a $25 handling fee

If you find our minimum order value prohibitive we would be happy to recommend a distributor of our products.

Does Shamrock charge freight?
Melbourne metro deliveries are Free Into Store if over our minimum order.

Outside of Melbourne metro, yes we do charge freight; however we only pass on the freight company's charge. The minimal delivery charge is added to orders. Shamrock does not charge any additional service fee.

Does Shamrock have a catalogue?
Our products are featured online www.shamrockcraft.com.au

This provides the most up to date information about our range including price and availability.

Does Shamrock have an agent or rep who can visit me?
Yes. We have agents in all states (except Northern Territory & Tasmania)

Why are some products sold individually and others in packs?
We have done an enormous amount of research to determine how people usually buy our products.

Taking this on board, we have elected to satisfy most people's ordering patterns by selling products in pack quantities.

Pack quantities help us to process orders more quickly & accurately and protect the product with less handling in our warehouse.

Additionally, we have been very conscious to ensure great flexibility still exists for our customers and some products are still sold individually.

Can I visit Shamrock?
Customers are welcome to visit our factory outlet shop for end of season specials & hot buys...... 
Our outlet shop is open:
Monday to Friday
8.30 am until 4.30pm

Unfortunately due to safety reasons access to our warehouse is not permitted (eg) forklifts operate throughout the day & can be dangerous.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We generally process orders within 48 hours - at peak times (eg) Christmas, it may take a little longer however our customer service team will inform you of any delays when you place your order.

We will also attempt to provide urgent deliveries when required.

Can Shamrock order a special product for me?
Absolutely

Depending on what item you need we are happy to arrange a special order.

Some conditions may apply (eg) minimum order quantities, shipping times, etc.

When a product is out of stock...
Sometimes we sell more of a product than we expected and there can be a delay getting the product back in stock.

You are welcome to place a backorder and we will send it to you as soon as the shipment arrives.

Are all Shamrock's products imported?
No - many products are sourced from Australia and others from around the world. Shamrock distributes CraftSmart adhesives which are manufactured in Melbourne & is 100% Australian owned.

How do I find out about new products at Shamrock?
We have a newsletter called FRESH - providing information about new products with inspirational ideas on what to make with them.

How can I make changes to my order?
Changes can be made to orders up until they are being processed through our warehouse.
