Super-thick, clear drying, full-bodied PVA designed to hold most materials to difficult surfaces, incl. vertical surfaces where most glues simply wont hold items in place while drying takes place. Ideal for collage art. Applies to the surface with a brush, roller or palette knife. Can be mixed with acrylic paints for impasto effects.
